Meeting Minutes 9 March 2015

Minutes of the ordinary meeting of Kings Clipstone Parish Council held on Monday 9th March 2015 at 7.00pm in the Community Room, Sherwood Forest Holiday Park, Gorsethorpe Lane, Kings Clipstone.

Present: Cllrs Bradley, Govan, Harbottle, Maguire, Smyth

Apologies: Rowe, Parkhouse - holiday, Clerk - sickness

130/15 Welcome

The Chair opened the meeting and welcomed all present.

Apologies were accepted and approved unanimously.

133/15 Approval of minutes of the meeting held on Monday 9th February 2015

A request was made for the word draft to be less bold.

129/15 The confidential minutes should read 'on behalf of a resident' and not 'via a resident' (these confidential minutes were approved at the February meeting).

Minutes approved subject to the amendments specified.

Thanks was expressed to Newark & Sherwood for street cleaning.

A resident asked for progress of the website.

A resident queried why there was nothing under item 126/15 (Planning Matters, February Meeting) as only items included on the agenda can be discussed.

A resident enquired how many village groups there are, Celebration of King's Clipstone, Friends of King's Clipstone etc (see agenda item 139/15 (ix)
